A Little About Powders

Hello Everyone!

On this oportunity I would like to inform what powders are and what is their use on Wyd Global Game.

To begin with I would like to introduce the Powders.

Powders are used to refine items in the game. Almost every item can be refine by using them, and that could be an advantage or a disadvantage; Depends on how many u can get.:)

There are two diferent types of powder, the Laktoerium and the Oriharukon.

The Oriharukon is use to refine items from +0 to +6.

The Laktoerium are powder usually used to refine from +6 to +9, but still they can refine items from +0 to +6 also. The Laktoerium can also refine items from +10 to +11.

When you are refining an item, it may fail, depending on the plus it have. When you refine from +0 to +3 it wont fail. But when the plus began to increas, the succed rate decreas. When you fail on refining, there is a chance that the failure will give you an additional percent of succed rate. When refining from +10 to +11, the chances are really low, and if you fail, there will be no additional succed rate percent.

There is one more type of Powder in the game; its name is Luky Powder.

This Powder has the same use as Laktoerium but the only difference is that it have no fail rate. So when using this Luky Powder, it will never fail to refine. This item can be bought from players or it can be ordered at the npc nell.

But Refining is not the only use for Powders; Powders have also other use in the game. For Example when conbining or creating things, Powders are require; for example when creating a Jewel. Also there are some items that require powders be refine, but not in plus; For example god Stones require powders to open themselfs and be use to creat Sephirot.

Now that you know what powders are and what they are for, I will tell you how to get them. There are two ways of getting them:

The first way is to buy them from another player in the game, or recieve it from the GMs, for any special occasion; and the second way is to create them. In orther to creat a powder, you need to have 10 scraps. There are Oriharukon Scraps and Laktoerium Scraps. Both of them can be obtain by hunting, on many places. When you have 10 Lak Scraps or 10 Ori Scraps you can go to the city of Azran and convine them to create a Powder. You need to talk to the ncp call Jeffi at the coordinates X: 2515 Y: 1725.
